import from xml (disqus, intense debate)

disqus, intense debate and others are using .xml format to export comments. would be great to be able to import them.

i'd like to use this script on http://www.ratingstars.org semantic ratings and comments database.still need advanced ratings like gdstarrating in wordpress.any suggestions?
