Captcha Not Working With Subdomain

I notice under a page with no subdomain (example.com) the captcha works fine but on a page with a subdomain (test.example.com) the message:

Quote:The characters entered from the captcha image were incorrect. Please try again.

Appears regardless of entering it properly. Please confirm. Thanks.

Okay. The only other thing that I can recommend is to contact the author of the captcha script:

Funny enough I tried two browsers and could not submit the contact info because the captcha kept saying it was wrong.

Do you have your browser cookies enabled?

I just tested the captcha demo in Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer and it works for me.

Yes, my client also tried it and it did not work for him, we must be bad lucky this way.
