Comments no longer working / showing up

Hi, we had this running smoothly but the comments form is no longer showing up. Can anybody help me with this please?

Hi thanks, it comes up with Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strlen() in /home/rugsuk/public_html/comments/includes/functions/page.php on line 46

Hi,

The script needs mb_strlen() in order to work properly. It's a function which is part of the mbstring PHP extension. The script has made use of the function since v1.1 (August 2010) and the System Check during installation/upgrade has required it since v1.4 (April 2011). You could talk to your host about enabling it.
