I made the full translation to front and backend of commentics, based on version 1.7.

Feel free to improve it by yourselves, please just maintaining the original comments with the credits.

Thank you very much for this translation, especially for the admin panel (that must have taken a while!).

I have updated the v1.7 download to include your Portuguese translation, as well as Spanish which was submitted by poropopo a few days ago.
