reorder fields of form

Whenever I can, I re-order the fields of the comment forms I have used in the past. The usual form always starts with name, email, and message. This is fine in English. When the form is used in n Arabic site for example the user will have to switch to English when he/she writes a comment. Then another switch to Arabic. In my opinion, the order should be message, name and email. This way the user will will switch to English once, and only after writing the comment and name in Arabic. I assure you this is more convenient for the user. This order (comment, name, and email), plus an option to save the repetitive information (name and email) will make using any comment form as convenient for foreign language sites as it is in English only sites.
